  • To respond to your inquiry and guide you through the placement or consultation process
  • To manage the commercial relationship between Colina Protection Dogs and clients, including logistics and post-placement support

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected:

  • Inquiry and consultation data: up to 2 years from last contact, unless a commercial relationship is established
  • Client placement data: up to 5 years from the date of the last transaction or interaction, in compliance with applicable Colombian commercial and tax regulations
  • Website analytics data: up to 26 months (Google Analytics standard retention)

After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

6. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties.

We may share your data with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate our business:

  • Website hosting and technical infrastructure providers
  • Email and communication tools (e.g., contact form processors)
